Is there any quick way to turn a writing into a PDF (typed) or does it need to be typed manually?

Here are some free options. For sensitive documents (that I don’t want to upload to an online PDF editor), I use PDF XChange Editor, which is free (some of the functions require a pro license but annotating/adding text to a PDF is not one of them). Typeable Pdf I’ve been using it for years (when it was called PDF XChange Viewer), and I especially like that it comes with a virtual printer that allows you to print to PDF. I’ve also found an application called PDFelement which has an unlimited trial version. #PDFelement 6. The Complete PDF Solution However, the trial adds a watermark to every page so personally I don’t think it’s a good option. Other than the watermark it seems pretty capable for a free editor. See. Type on PDF: All You Need to Know

You get 1 document per trial, and it’s for the full-color version (meaning the PDF has to be printed in color). That means you’re restricted to the same size document that DocuSign generates for their customers — which means a PDF of 2.6 MB or more. I can understand that DocuSign limits that to what they want. But if you have other options like Scribes, then you'll have to give these tools a try, too. That said, though, if you’re just interested in keeping a PDF of 2 MB or less, then PDF element 6 doesn’t offer enough functionality to warrant a full-version trial of the program. #DocumentScanner 6 (or Scribe, if you prefer) 7. Which Do I Use for Document Scanning? While I don’t have a preference for one scanner, I do know one thing: The only tool I ever saw recommended for document scanning is Google Docs. That is, as opposed.
